FAQ - Help for the publisher
Welcome to the FAQ section for the Conteo Publisher
Whether logging in, creating content or uploading media - here you will find step-by-step instructions on how to publish your content efficiently and maximize your visibility at the trade fair.
If you cannot find a suitable answer in these FAQs or require further assistance, please send us an email. We will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Registration and account
In this case, you can click on this link here and log out again in the background. You can then click on the link provided in the onboarding email/reminder email and log in again.
If you are able to log in with your "old" login details, you can update your access details yourself in the settings.
If you do not have access, we will be happy to assist you by email.
If you have forgotten your password, you can log in using "Send login details" – you will receive a one-time access link by email:
After logging in, you can change your password in the account settings under "My Account" in the dashboard:
Posts – Create, edit, manage, copy

Depending on the settings for your event, you can edit published posts. To do this, go to Posts & Events (in the dashboard) → Your Content, where you will find the following options:

Change requests: Here you can enter adjustments that our service desk will implement as quickly as possible.

Edit: If enabled, you can edit the post yourself.
Conteo Publisher supports the following video formats: YouTube and Vimeo.
For images in the article, you will find the recommended image size here in the upload mask:
For images of the contact persons in your exhibitor profile, please upload them here:
Upgrades and Credits
You have already clicked on the "+Post" field (several times). This automatically creates a draft. The credits are not lost; you can find them further down, under "Finalize drafts" in the dashboard:
If you have used up your credits for your posts, you can purchase additional credits in Publisher under Posts & Events, provided this feature is activated:
You can easily book upgrades directly in Publisher. The corresponding options can be found in the left-hand side menu of Publisher.
