Example:
We are a small company and at the same time part of a large community through our location in the Impact Hub Coworking Space.
Learning & development
Example:
Each of us can spend one day per quarter paid as we wish, and afterwards we tell the team what happened.
Simplicity
Example:
We are developing a complex platform technology, but our website explains the solution in a simple and understandable way. Without buzzwords.
Can-do attitude
Example:
After the beginning of the Corona pandemic, we developed a digital replacement for our customers' cancelled trade fairs within 2 months.
Self-determination
Example:
Everyone is on site on Conteo Wednesday. Everyone decides for themselves the rest of the week.
History
2013
Conteo emerged from the ETH spin-off Additively AG.
In 2013, we began with the opposite idea: we wanted to replace personal contact during new business development through a digital solution. We failed here, because personal contact does not disappear in a digitalized world.
2016
Since 2016, we have been developing a solution for trade fair organizers to combine elements from live communication with elements from the digital world.
2019
In 2019, we became Conteo and support a variety of organizers with the digital expansion of their trade fairs.
